Key information regarding this event:
- For all field events (except discus), girls will compete on the left hand side of the photo and boys on the right. We will only be using the long jump pits in front of the grandstand.
- There are 4 hours free parking in P1 – P4 bays.
- You will simply need to validate you parking by taking your ticket to the office located next to the bathrooms.
- Morning tea, lunch and drinks must be taken as there will be no canteen facilities.
- There are many shops / cafes etc outside the venue if you wish to use them but there is to be no external purchased products to be brought back into the venue.
- Please ensure that your child has adequate weather protection for the day as there is minimal protection compared to the main grandstand.
- Meet Miss Curtis under the Avalon marquee upon arrival and inform her when you leave.
- If your event is later in the day (eg 100m starting at 11am) you are not expected to arrive for the 8am start. Be advised that parking is limited so carpooling is strongly recommended.
- Parents are advised to bring a deck / folding chair as there is limited seating.
- Pittwater PSSA representative hoodies, costing $50.00 each will be available for purchase on the day, at the First Aid tent located just past the 100m finish line.
- NO pets are allowed on the day.
